San Augustin Pass

I thought since I am driving back to Oklahoma inwould take picturesbof
landmarks and post them. This is the pass between the Organ mts and
the San Andres mts just east of Las Cruces.

Asperagus

I got a good deal last night on some asperagus. I decided to get six
pounds to freeze. Just blanch it first. Three minutes boiling water
then cold water bath. I just run the cold water over it.

Persimmon jam

We scored some persimmons in Oklahoma, so we jammed them.

Today harvest

Radish roundup

I've been harvesting radishes work a few weeks but now they are gettin
quite big. The are great raw but these are going into a soup.

Fishing

Last weekend me and Scott did pretty good fishing. I'm going again
this weekend.
